Two airports. One beautiful weekend.
Compare flight schedules and rental-car costs at both airports. We suggest arriving Thursday evening or Friday with time to check in before joining us. Friday includes a daytime barbecue and a planned 8 p.m. visit to HopMonk.
Oakland
Rental cars are reached by shuttle from the terminals. For a late Thursday arrival, confirm your rental company’s pickup hours before booking; hours vary by company.
Check live traffic for your actual arrival and departure times. For Sunday flights, allow time for the drive back, car return and airport check-in. Your accommodation may be beyond Sebastopol, so map its exact address.

Plan your ride, then relax.
For this weekend, we suggest a rental car or coordinating rides with other guests so you can get between your accommodation, the estate and the places you’d like to explore.
If you’d prefer not to drive, arrange an airport transfer and your local rides in advance. Check the service’s destination and return pickup; an airport connection to Santa Rosa still leaves a separate trip to Sebastopol or Occidental.
Saturday’s tentative transport plan starts with an estate pickup no earlier than 9:45 p.m. for Old Main Street Saloon (153 N Main Street), with a return to the estate/Airbnb around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. We’re considering one or two shuttles or a party bus; nothing is booked yet.
Guests staying at Fairfield would arrange a separate ride from the Saloon to the hotel, such as Uber or a prearranged taxi. Check live pickup availability; the proposed estate return is not a confirmed hotel shuttle.
Estate parking, drop-off instructions and transport capacity will be shared when confirmed.

For the golfers: nine holes among towering redwoods in Monte Rio. Check tee-time availability directly with the course and leave plenty of time to get ready for the wedding.
