FRIDAY · NOVEMBER 20
A backyard kind of welcome.
A relaxed pool and yard day to settle in, meet everyone and spend time together. We’re planning a barbecue with poke and fish appetizers prepared by Abel’s dad, lawn games and plenty of catching up.
Bring something comfortable for hanging out; pool time will depend on the weather. Food and daytime timing are still taking shape.

HopMonk Beer Garden
Then we’ll head into Sebastopol for an evening in the beer garden, with hopes of catching live music together.
Our planned arrival is 8 p.m. The November 20 music lineup, tickets, group arrangements and any event-specific age limits still need confirmation.

The wedding day
Arrive & settle in
Make your way to the estate, say hello and get settled before the ceremony.

An earlier “I do,” with more daylight for the moments that follow.
Cocktail hour
Drinks and bites while we take photos and enjoy the afternoon light.
A little time together
Finish photos, mingle and ease into the evening before dinner.
Dinner & celebration
Gather for dinner, toasts and celebrating. This earlier dinner time is part of our working plan.
One last toast at the estate
We’ll begin winding down and get ready for estate quiet hours at 10 p.m.
Into town, if you’re up for it
The earliest planned pickup for Old Main Street Saloon is 9:45 p.m. Final departure times and transport are still being arranged.
The proposed ride back
Tentative return from the Saloon to the estate/Airbnb. Hotel guests would arrange their own ride to their accommodation; confirm pickup options before the evening.

A slow morning and your journey home. No hosted farewell event is planned at this stage; follow your own accommodation’s checkout time.
